When the Pen­tor­toise; Eval­u­a­tion of Admin­is­tra­tive Reg­u­la­tions and Lia­bil­i­ties “P.E.A.R.L.” Task Force was devel­oped we had very lit­tle recourses to inves­ti­gate the many sub­mis­sions we received dur­ing the first months, we now cel­e­brate the first year of total suc­cess, dur­ing our first cases we had a few stum­bling blocks, how­ever the sim­plis­tic style to our inves­ti­ga­tions have made it very easy for dis­cov­ery and dili­gently col­lect our infor­ma­tion to eval­u­ate each case with basic and lim­ited use of fis­cal resources.
