ANNOUNCEMENT!:

It has come to my atten­tion that I am inel­i­gi­ble to run for coun­cil due to the fact that I am not cana­dian, I am of the Kanienke­haka Nation com­monly known as the mohawk nation, recently to make my sta­tus clear to the cana­dian gov­ern­ment and the Queen of Eng­land and world­wide, I have Expa­tri­ated myself from any assumed national ties with cana­dian gov­ern­ment and or Great Britain, please read my Dec­la­ra­tion of Expa­tri­a­tion to under­stand my clar­i­fi­ca­tions of sta­tus. (Dec­la­ra­tion Sov­er­eignty, Expa­tri­a­tion and Desilu­sion)

Since the Munic­i­pal elec­tion act pro­hibits non cana­di­ans from run­ning, It is my believe that to con­tinue to tax the Mohawk Nation with­out rep­re­sen­ta­tion is a vio­la­tion of Inter­na­tional laws.

I will be still gath­er­ing sup­port an hopes I can have the act repelled to allow me to run and have rep­re­sen­ta­tion for the Native com­mu­nity and the greater com­mu­nity at large.

Munic­i­pal Elec­tions Act, 1996: Qual­i­fi­ca­tions of electors

(2) A per­son is enti­tled to be an elec­tor at an elec­tion held in a local munic­i­pal­ity if, on vot­ing day, he or she,
(a) resides in the local munic­i­pal­ity or is the owner or ten­ant of land there, or the spouse of such owner or ten­ant; “I Ben­jamin II, am not a Res­i­dent“
(b) is a Cana­dian cit­i­zen; “I Ben­jamin II, am not a cana­dian or cit­i­zen“
